Recreation Leader LLC wants you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions on recreationleader.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase for first-time subscribers.
Email info@recreationleader.com with the email address associated with your account, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to your original payment method.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible. Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have different refund terms.
Free accounts do not require cancellation. You can delete your account at any time from your Account Settings. Account deletion is permanent.
